2) The sink in the staff washroom is unusable as it is cluttered with stored material. The staff washroom is cluttered with bags of empty beverage containers.
3) One out of two stalls in the women's washroom is not working.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Provide dispensers and soap and paper towel for the handwashing station at the front service area.
2) Organize the staff washroom. Ensure that the sink is unobstructed and the washroom is accessible.
3) Service the toilet in the women's washroom.

Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove the plastic.
2) Clean the ceiling.
3) Clean and paint the wall next to the sink. Repair the surface.
4) Repair the wall and paint.
