Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop was stored in a flour bin with the handle in direct contact with the flour.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of ingredients. Scoop was removed at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright freezers were at -18C and -20C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-Frozen chicken thawing in the walk-in cooler.
-Glass case installed for displaying pizzas. Pizza is held at ambient temperature for 90 minutes and is time tracked - foods are either sold or discarded after 90 minutes.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff member observed practicing good glove use practices at the time of inspection.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm. Ensure spray bottle is placed in an easily accessible.
-Manual vegetable slicer was being disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pest noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until October 12, 2024.
