Corrective Action(s): Resurface prep cooler cutting board to remove black debris, non-porous, and easily cleanable material. Submit pictures to inspector via email to ensure rectified. Corrected by: February 6, 2024.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for warewashing. 3rd compartment sink measured at 200ppm chlorine. Staff dilute in accordance to Sanitation Plan and test with test strips. Preparation sink available. Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle and 3rd compartment sink measured at 100ppm. Bulk bleach available on-site.
Display cooler, prep cooler, undercounter cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C.
Exhaust hood satisfactory.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: As per previous inspector, limit food preparation as space is limited and may affect sanitation.
