Routine inspection conducted at the facility and the following observations were made:

Temperature:
- All temperatures meet health requirements.
- Walk-in cooler at 2C.
- Walk-in freezer at -19C.
- Cake display coolers at 3C.
- Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.

Hygiene and Sanitizing:
- Hand wash station was adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels in front service area.
- QUATS sanitizer pails were provided at each workstation and the concentration was measured at 200ppm.
- Sanitizer dispenser releases 200 ppm QUATS at 3-compartment sink.
- Utensils were maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Dough mixers / hooks were adequately washed and sanitized.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All products were either in original packaging or covered inside cooler.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Seafood (prepackaged & frozen) was stored in corners of walk-in freezer separate from bakery products for monthly Seafood Road Show.
**Continue storing both seafood and bakery products separately to prevent any risk of cross-contamination.
- Chemicals, including QUATS and cleaners, were stored away from food preparation areas.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
