Comments

Follow up inspection to report #236427:

- General sanitation has improved. See violation section above for specific areas that need further cleaning.
- Vegetable slicer and choppers are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using chlorine sanitizer.
- Most equipment used for food preparation in clean condition.
- Double stacking not observed. Most food items were adequately covered inside the domestic and walk in cooler.
- There is no visible gap at the bottom of the back door of the dry storage room.
- Newspaper not being used on food. Ensure that all items that touch the food are food grade only.
