Comments

The ice-machine was last service with a CIP procedure in the early summer of 2016, and is regularly serviced with a CIP. The walk-in cooler ceiling has been cleaned. Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Q. No recommendations.
