Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. 2 compartment sink in use. 300 ppm quat sanitizer in use. Hand sink in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. Hot and cold running water available. Food protected from contamination. Temperature and monitoring of holding units in use. Pop cooler 1 to 4 at 4C or below. Sandwich cooler at 4.0C or below cheese and salad. Ice cream chest fridge at -18C klondike ice cream. Hot display unit at 61C corn dogs.
