-Bunker freezes less than or equal to -18C
- Facility does not tenderize any meat on-site. Only 1 tenderized meat product was offer for sale and it is labelled by manufacture.

Aisles:
-All food stored off the floor
-Bulk food bins provided with individual scoops
-Dairy products within best before dates.
-Frozen foods aisle all freezes at or below -18°C.

Back area:
-Produce walk in cooler at or below 4°C
-3 compartment sink dispensing quats at 200ppm
-Meat processing and chilled to less than 10°C

Reviewed pest records. Contracted pest control company is onsite every 2 weeks. No rodent activity noted at the time of inspection and no reports were indicated by pest company.
