Follow up on cleaning and revised menu- translator was at the facility to translate. Application form is completed with restriction on the permit: ONLY SUSHI WITH RAW INGREDIENTS- no cooking - no frying only miso soup at this time.

-Menu been revised but still contain items that requires cooking or frying- send a revised menu that does not contain any foods that require cooking/frying -by max tomorrow Feb 7/2018

*Self contained commercial deep fryer is discussed. Please send a picture and info (Model) to be approved prior to being used.
