Observation: Buffet items inside the refrigerated unit is too warm 47- 52F. Temperature of foods inside the cold make table in the kitchen was too warm 47F.
Correction: Turn both fridges down to 40F/4C or below.

Additional pest control measures have been implemented since the closure. Booth seatings have been removed. No signs of rodent noted today. The kitchen is clean. Closure order is lifted.
Continue to keep the kitchen clean and back door close.
