Observation: Facility is out of paper towel that fits in the paper towel dispenser. Staff indicated additional stock is expected today. In the meantime, paper towel is placed near handsinks.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure facility has enough stock for paper towel at all times. Order ahead of time. Paper towel must be in dispenser for proper handwashing to occur.

2. Transfer open bags of dry goods in food grade containers.

Observation: A few rodent droppings noted on floor under table for pots. Pest control company visits regularly.
