Comments

-Ensure that a 100ppm chlorine solution (bleach) is available as a food contact surface sanitizer. This is 1 tsp per liter of water.

Domestic refrigerator was at 4 C and the freezer was < -18 C.
Temperature records are up to date.
Hand washing sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests.
Staff are FoodSafe level 1 certified.
The dishwasher reached 75 C at the plate level (minimum temperature is 71 C). Recommend testing daily.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
