Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soaps, hot/cold running water and paper towels.
- Coolers operating below 4C; Freezer operating below -18C
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 76.7C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles and at automated dispenser.
- Staircase added behind dishwashing station. Upstairs storage satisfactory.
- Front coffee station satisfactory. No concerns observed from this area.
- Washroom handsink satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
