Routine inspection Reminders: 1- 2-comp sink in the back room is to be freed up for use in order to properly wash and and sanitize implements such as candy scoops, slurp machine pieces and anything else need to be washed and sanitized. Hand washing in front is only for hand washing and is not to be used for washing implements. 2- A sanitation plan is to be developed for new candy station scoops in front. Keep a copy of the proper sanitation plan/procedure on-site for review. - Hand washing station in front maintained. Liquid soap and paper towels available. Cooling units: - Ice cream freezer measured at or below -18C. - Display cooler measured at or below 4C. - Display freezer measured at -22C - Walk-in coolers measured at 4C or colder. Units were equipped with thermometer. Temp monitoring kept updated. General cleaning is satisfactory. Back room: - Hand washing station available. Ensure no obstruction to the hand sink. - 2- compartment sink maintained. Sanitizer available in spray bottles. Slurppe machines maintained clean. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
