A 2nd follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - All areas in the kitchen have been cleaned. - No food or grease found on walls behind and beneath the cooking equipment; on exterior surfaces of food container; on legs of tables or equipment; or on the equipment surfaces between the upright fridge and chest freezer. - All violations have been corrected. - Results of the inspection report were discussed with the hostess, no signature obtained due to the pandemic.
