Observation: * Some build up of grime/debirs found in grill/frying area that requires addition cleaning attention (eg. vent filters, between fryer/grill, etc) for sanitary maintenance
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all areas properly cleaned and sanitized and maintained in sanitary condition at all times. Note: install metal flashing between fryer and grill to reduce grease splash over between equipment and make it easier for cleaning

Observation: * some areas of caulking have deteriorated (eg. behind dishwashing sink area and along floor by walk-in cooler
Corrective Action(s): * Recaulk all areas where deterioration occurred and maintain. Also, walls in dry storage area and delivery hallway in kitchen have paint deterioration and will require upgrade to washable surfaces (eg. china board, etc) to allow for proper cleaning/maintenance
