General sanitation is acceptable.
No pest concerns at time of inspection. Pest control company of contract.
Food items are covered, and stored in food grade containers.
Damp sheets are used to cover pizza dough in coolers. Sheets are laundered off-site daily.
Permit posted in conspicuous location.
