Observation:
Foods in non-working coolers were stored above 4C. Temperatures taken throughout units:
- brick cheese measuring (Canucks cooler closest to 3 comp sink) 9C
- hot dogs (Canucks cooler closest to 3 comp sink) 9C
- cut potatoes for fries (Canucks cooler closest to door) 13C
- pineapples (inserts of prep cooler) 12C
- by gravy tray (bottom of prep cooler) 12C
Correction: Discard all potentially hazardous foods. Pictures taken.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation:
1) Bleach sanitizer >200ppm chlorine (bleaches out test strips)
2) Wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer when not in use.
Correction:
1) Use a 100ppm chlorine bleach solution
2) Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer when not in use.
