Facility is hooka lounge providing bottled drinks, canned drinks and cheese cake. Cheesecakes are purchased from approved source; invoices are checked: Dolce Salani Bakery in Vancouver. All handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, single use paper towel and liquid soap in a dispenser. Quat sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200ppm with test strips. Low temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine with test strips. Drinks cooler at 4C or below. Freezer at -14C. Ensure to clean up grime build up on the junction. Defrost the freezer and do a thorough cleaning on a regular basis to remove ice build up. Single use disposable tips are provided to customers for hooka use. Report reviewed with the operator.
