Follow up inspection the result of multiple Violations to Food Premises Regulation from previous inspection report.
Ticket AH71932282 Served to Corporation Guangzhou Import & Export Inc DBA Paul's Restaurant. As the defendant is a corporation the ticket was served to Person in Charge Yu Chan Lin Owner of the restaurant Paul's Restaurant.
The Ticket was served on February 02, 2023 the result of the Violations observed during the Routine inspection conducted January 26, 2023. Violations to the Food Premises Regulation B.C. Reg 210/99 that resulted in the ticket include Section 17 and 21(3).

ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Sanitizer solution upon arrival of EHO 200ppm Chlorine
- Facility has been cleaned
- Walk-in cooler units do not have food items stacked on top of other food items
- Hand sink faucet has been temporarily repaired

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- EHO found multiple containers previously used to store nails at facility for use of food storage - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items discarded. Review all containers and ensure food grade containers are used for food storage
- More cleaning and organizing
- Sanitizer solution is to be made and used daily
- Facility has active rodent infestation and requires continued cleaning and monitoring

To ensure further progressive enforcement action does not occur ensure facility is maintained in clean and sanitary condition which includes:
- Having sanitizer solution for use throughout the day and at the start of the day
- Rodent droppings are not contaminating facility
