Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The dishwasher (low temp) @ 0ppm Cl detected after the final rinse cycle. The sanitizer bottle was full however, the sani hose was not drawing the chemical properly.
Corrective Action(s): The dishwasher technician was called immediately and serviced the machine during the inspection.
Ensure to prime the machine (sani cycle when replacing a sanitizer bottle) properly.
