1) Boxes of unprocessed meat were left on the ground in their cardboard boxes in the processing area.
Corrective Action(s):
1) No boxes of meat should be touching the ground. All boxes, whether processed or unprocessed, must be stored at leach 6 inches off of the ground. Ensure proper organization in regards to unprocessed and processed meats

1) Walk-in Freezer: build-up of garbage, including plastic and cardboard waste
2) Processing Area: build-up of cardboard and plastic waste

2) Processing Area: Clean all debris and garbage. Ensure that there is no build-up of waste in the future by constantly cleaning and maintaining processing area
