Staff using bleach at 100 to 200 ppm in double sinks. Very good. Sink area and dish station clean and organized. Drain board provided. Good. Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezer (upright) at -18 C. Domestic under counter freezer around -6 to -8 C. Gloves used for smoothie-making. *Make sure to have paper towels provided at handwash station to avoid use of wiping cloths.
