- Hot held sauces measured at 60C or hotter
- Water in the dipper well was running constantly at time of inspection
- Dishwasher measured 50ppm chlorine during final rinse cycle
- Sanitizer measured 200ppm quats at the dispenser
- Handwashing stations were equipped with paper towel, soap, hot and cold running water.

Note: Ensure that food does not stay between 4-20C for more than 4 hours, and does not stay between 20-60C for more than 2 hours.
Note: Mould was found in a sealed bag of shredded cheese (dated for June 2017) in the freezer. The chef was aware of this and is keeping the cheese in the freezer until they are able to contact GFS for a refund/replacement.
