Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-B5EUKL -All violations corrected except front bar undercounter cooler - still requires repair, has sign "out of order" on doors, no food stored in unit. Operator has technician coming by to repair unit. -Significant improvement in sanitation in back kitchen area - all food debris and splatter under cooking equipment and around food prep areas has been cleaned -Ice around walk in freezer door has been removed - door closes properly now -Droppings cleaned up - no current pest activity noted during inspection -Gap around grease trap hatch has been sealed with expanding foam as a temporary measure - recommend working toward more permanent solution -Sanitizer available through out facility in labeled containers at 200 ppm QUATS Note: Desert display cooler removed and replaced by 8 additional seats in dining room.
