Follow-up to inspection conducted on February 3, 2020 (MLOO-BLFVVP) - Broth maintained at ≥ 60°C - In-use utensils are stored properly. Ensure they are cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available - Cleaning has been completed in noted areas. Ensure cleaning is done in all areas.
