Observation: Gap at the bottom of the delivery gate, and front door.
Corrective Action(s): Seal the gap with door sweeps or other devices. Seal ALL cracks and crevices to prevent pest entry. Follow the recommendations by the pest control company.

Observation: Significant pooling of water in the front of the store and in the processing area. The operator stated that cleaning is done at the end of the day and during the days when the business in closed.
Corrective Action(s): Prevent accumulation of water in the areas noted above. This will attract more pests. Improve on sanitation. This will be verified during the next follow up inspection.
