Corrective Action(s): Call the pest control company for inspection and remediation actions. Provide pest control summary report during the next follow up inspection. Correct by: Today. Corrective Action(s): Seal the gap with door sweeps or other devices. Seal ALL cracks and crevices to prevent pest entry. Follow the recommendations by the pest control company. Correct by: One week.
