Comments

Premise is very clean. Proper cooling with ice baths observed. NO sign of pests. All fridges are under 4 Celsius. Dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Quats sanitizer was 200 ppm. Steam table was holding food at 60 Celsius.
