Observation: Temperature of food items in both refrigeration units were 7C. Staffs have not monitored temperatures after adjustment last time.
Corrective Action(s): Service the refrigeration unit immediately. Monitor temperature daily. Obtain thermometers that staffs can read (larger numbers).

Observation: Dishwasher is broken and a replacement has not been purchased. Several customers were dining at a table during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Use disposable plates and utensils only or operate as take out only. A replacement dishwasher must be commercial and certified by NSF (or equivelent).
