Observation: Quats dispenser again not dispensing solution at dish wash station. Main feed empty. Also noted in previous inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately move to manual application of bleach sanitizer (which is available on site) and use a ratio of 1 OZ or 1 tablespoon of bleach to 1 gallon of water. Leave sanitizer sink full after ratio met until it needs to be changed then refill.
**Replace quats concentrate and ensure main dispenser is feeding properly to achieve 200 ppm solution. If this system is not used consistently then the mechanism must be dismantled and removed. This will be reviewed at follow up inspection date noted on report.
**Dishwashing sign left for operator.
