Services: Eyelash Extensions and Eyebrow tinting ONLY. Operating 2 days per week. Notify Fraser Health if there are any proposed changes. Eyebrow tinting: - Tints are properly labelled "For Professional Use ONLY". - High level disinfectant used for glass cup. All other items are single use only (disposed of after each client). Eyelash extensions: - Lash technician has training (information previously provided). - Glue labelling not checked today. Previously reviewed Health Canada labelling and first aid requirements. - Tweezers are cleaned and then disinfected with a high level disinfectant, as per label (high level disinfectant is labelled with change date and used full strength). - Eye immobilizer/ gel pad, mascara wand, and other items used for lash extension services are single use (disposed of after each client). General: - Room is for single technician/ single client only. - Hand washing sink has hot/cold water under pressure, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Reviewed conditions for hand sink. This sink can also be used to wash tweezers and implements (limited volume of items/single client only). - Bed and other non-critical surfaces are disinfected with low level disinfecting wipes between clients. - Floor is washable. Inspection carried out with operator. Copy of this report to be emailed to operator (KN).
