Paper based inspection report # 00243607 The following has been completed: - Cardboard removed from walk in cooler - Debris cleaned up from floor under 2-comp sink - Seal replaced along wall of 2-comp sink - Shelves in display coolers cleaned - Ventilation hood cleaned - Prep cooler at 4C at time of inspection - Sanitizer spray bottle labelled - Plumbing issue by dishwasher has been resolved -> pipes cleaned out ->grease trap cleaned out.
