Observation: 1. Observed a sizeable hole at storage facility entrance
2. Observed kitchen door open with no screen door in place
Corrective Action(s): 1. Seal hole to prevent pest entry - Temporary fix in place at time of inspection
2. A screen door must be in place if kitchen door is to remain open. Recommend a sliding screen door if flooring is an issue.

Observation: Observed items in the kitchen that have not been used in awhile as well as some storage areas are becoming cluttered
Corrective Action(s): kitchen requires a thorough organizing to decrease any clutter. Any items not in daily use should be moved to storage facility.
Middle building also requires some decluttering and cleaning in hard to reach areas.

- Clutter at exterior of building must be discarded (i.e. all old equipment, wood, metal, etc.) as it provides harborage areas for pests
- Complete new storage facility and organize within facility to again eliminate any harborage areas
