Corrective Action(s): Food must be stored at least 6" (15 cm) above the floor. This facilitates proper cleaning and minimizes the chance of pests contaminating the food. Recommend placing sauces, syrups, and beverages on racks

Observation: Clutter of equipment is observed in room with hot water tank. Large plastic bag containing empty cans stored in same room. Staff said operator would remove empty cans from store but is away for a period of time.
Corrective Action(s): Remove empty cans from the facility daily. De-clutter the storage room with hot water tank by removing any items not required for premises. Designate a staff member to remove empty cans from facility while operator is away

- General sanitation of facility is satisfactory

Note: Ensure the concentration of chlorine inside spray bottle is 100-200 ppm at all times. This can be done by preparing 1 tsp bleach to 1L water.
