Observation: - Foods noted uncovered in most coolers, some foods on counter (noodle ...) without proper cover
-Raw meat , fish noted above sauces and cooked foods
-Foods are covered with cloth towel
-Foods are covered with plastic that appears to be garabage bags (blue) in cooler
Corrective Action(s): -Cover all foods - rodent proof containers are required for dry goods
-Store raw animal origin foods in lower shelf and away from cooked/ready to eat products.
-Do not cover any foods with cloth towel.
-Use ONLY food grade plastic to cover foods- if these plastics are garabage bags do not use them to cover foods.
