Routine inspection conducted onsite: Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were holding food at 4C or below. All freezer units were holding food at -18C or below. QUAT sanitizer spray bottle and QUAT sanitizer for wiping cloths by the espresso machine was also available. 200 PPM QUAT detected. Cooked pearls are timed with a timer and discarded every 2 hours. Dipper well for in-use utensils were turned on at the time of inspection. Drain plugs available for sinks for performing manual warewashing. Overall sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certificate verified. Receipts were provided for the cookies noted for sale that were not made onsite - evidence of supplies being obtained from approved sources noted.
