Follow-up inspection to determine compliance with cleaning requirements for Burlodge carts and their components.
Burlodge cart internal parts are now being disassembled for proper cleaning. The shelving is pressure washed in the cart washing area.

Recommended using a long handled food-grade brush for scrubbing and vinyl components. Small parts must be pre-soaked in suitable
pre-soak solution before running through the dishwasher or 3 compartment sink. Please consult with Ecolab to determine
appropriate foaming type cleaner for cleaning the cart shelving before pressure washing.

Please submit a detailed (step by step) cleaning/sanitizing procedure for the carts and all of its components.
The facility's sanitation plan must be updated to reflect the new cleaning procedure.

The procedure must include the following details:

1. Frequency of cleaning
2. Equipment and chemicals to be used for cleaning/sanitizing
3. How and where each part/component of the cart is to be cleaned
4. A cleaning checklist showing completion dates for cleaning tasks.
