Operator uses commercial kitchen in a church to provide catering services Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel Hot and cold running water available at all sinks Walk-in cooler at 4 C or lower, stand up freezer at -18 C or lower No hot holding units at the time of inspection Operator was preparing for events at the time of visit; individually packed boxes prepared, and are transferred in a cooler to the event organizer. Discussed specific event held in Surrey and how items are prepared. Bleach sanitizer available for sanitization. Operator also had vinegar water. Recommended to use bleach based sanitizer for effectiveness.
