-Rental kitchen is mainly used for staff lunches - will re-introduce kitchen for public rentals. Minimal amounts of food stored on-site. -Refrigerator/freezer was at 3C/-16C. -NSF Residential dishwasher available on-site for cleaning and sanitizing. -Handwash station (shared with 2-compartment sink) accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Sink plug available for 2-compartment sink. -Oxivir Plus Accelerated hydrogen peroxide used for sanitizing surfaces. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
