Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # AJON-CD6T4X of Apr-04-2022 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: The QUAT sanitizer dispenser in back chemical storage room (near washroom) is not dispensing proper concentration of sanitizer. Correction: Repair/service sanitizer dispenser in back chemical storage room. In the meantime, use the dispenser at the 2-compartment sink for the sanitizer. Ensure equipment and food contact surfaces are sanitized using 200 ppm QUATs after being cleaned.
