- Hand sink was provided with paper towels. **Provide proper dispensers for soap at hand sink in the the kitchen and the staff washroom.
- Bleach solution was available for use.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 73 degrees C
** Store staff belongings away from food storage areas.
**Deep Cleaning required under and around equipment and shelves.
**Items stored at room temperature must be time tracked and discarded after two hours.
