Observation: In the Operator's absence, no staff on duty had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course training. One staff member has an expired FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
Corrective Action(s): It was mentioned that two staff members are currently on a waitlist to be enrolled into a face-to-face FOODSAFE Level 1 course instructed in Chinese. Ensure enough staff successfully complete a FOODSAFE Level 1/equivalent course so that at least one staff on duty in the absence of the Operator holds valid (unexpired) FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course training; Correct by August 31, 2022 and provide an update to the district Environmental Health Officer once staff are enrolled and complete the FOODSAFE Level 1/equivalent course.

Follow up inspection:
-Repairs were made to the dishwasher wash and rinse gauges.
-Dishwasher final rinse temperature was above 180 degrees F (82 degrees C) at the manifold level for at least 10 seconds. Two staff members on-site are aware to monitor the final rinse temperature at the manifold level on a regular basis.
-Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at 78 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate level.
