No water coming out. Correction: Repair the unit so there is hot and cold water supply in sufficient pressure. Date to be corrected by: August 25, 2021

Corrections have been made for the following: - Handsink next to prep sink is repaired; hot and cold water supply with adequate pressure - Faucet in the washroom handsink is repaired. - Cleaning has been done throughout. - Raw chicken pieces stored below RTE products in cooler. Outstanding item: - 2 Cooler units for hashbrown storage are still not repaired. Operator stated parts have to arrive for repair and they will be done within this week. Hashbrowns are stored in the cooler unit across meanwhile. Send the proof of repair to EHO once completed. Ensure to maintain good level of sanitation and conduct cleaning on regular basis.
