Corrective Action(s): Do not obstruct hand sink. Ensure hand sink is always equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towel.

Observation: No organzation of raw meat products in walk-in cooler.
Foods stored direclty on the floor in shelves.
Phones stored on cutting board that was in use for raw meat.
Sanitizer solution over 1000 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Organzie walk-in cooler so that raw meats are seperated from ready to eat foods (foods that do not require cooking). Always store raw meats at the bottom.
Do not store food direclty n the floor.
Keep food items off of cutting boards.
Only use 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water for manual warewashing.

Observation: Meat processing area not kept in a clean condition (walls, floors, shelves, counters are dirty). Walk-in cooler has meat juices all over the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Deep clean entire area so that it visibly clean. Correct immediately.
