Correction: Have an approved disinfectant (e.g.: chlorine) for food contact surface onsite. Corrected by: April 8, 2021

Follow-up inspection conducted today for Report#JCHY-BZVMJD. Paper towel dispenser installed next to handsink station beside coffee station. COVID-19 signage notifying customers not to enter if they exhibit COVID-19 symptoms have been posted. Sanitizer signs posted at self-serve station (coffee and slurpee stations) Creme cartons observed to be stored in merchandiser cooler measured at 4C air ambient temperature. NOTE: Install directional arrows in all isles to facility one directional flow. Store all prepackaged foods 6 inches off the floor in the office area by next routine inspection. Staff instructed it will be done by the end of the day (08/04/2021) Email report due to COVID-19 pandemic.
