Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A couple of the sanitizer containers tested on the sandwich prep line were noted with 0 - 100 PPM QUAT. Wall mounted QUAT dispenser was noted with 300 - 400 PPM QUAT.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Shift Manager discarded all QUAT sanitizer container solution and refilled it at the dispenser.
However, it seems like the QUAT is dissipating too quickly when dispensed into the containers. Speak to your chemical represenstative to have them address issue.

Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CUZPTV
Cold lines for holding sliced tomatoes, cheeses and lettuce at room temperature were noted with appropriate time stamps where the time has not expired. As per Shift Manager, items are held for 4 hours at room temperature then discarded.
Produce slicer was noted in a sanitary condition during the inspection
1 of the missing light fixtures has been replaced in the drive-thru area.
Areas behind the hot water tank and beside the syrup fountain boxes were noted free of mouse droppings at the time of inspection. Foam has been applied to potential pest entry points on the wall by the syrup fountain boxes.
