Observation: Pizza by the slice has been added since the initial inspection. As discussed during the initial inspection, a hand sink will now be required to be installed within 10 feet of the pizza warmer.
Corrective Action(s): Install a new sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels within one month.

Walk-in cooler was at 4 C and the prep cooler was < 4 C.
Hot holding unit was > 60 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Spray bottle had 100 ppm bleach.
