A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers below 4C; freezers -19C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or racks. Non-foods stored separately or below foods. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - Minor renovations occurring to AC system (addition of ducting and diffusers) and lowering of drop ceiling. No concerns to food safety. - All in order.
