Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ambient temperature at main line cooler in main grill/line area was at 14C, internal temperature of food was 13C. All potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 4C (40F) at all times. Temperature logs maintained intermittently and recorded temperatures for this unit were above 4C.
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods voluntarily discarded during inspection. Do not use cooler until this cooler has been adjusted/repaired and can consistently maintain 4C or less.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar glass washer lacked detergent and sanitizer at start of inspection. Upon further inspection, the hoses were not fully inserted and product level inside bottle was too low to be drawn into system.
Corrective Action(s): Hoses reinserted and lines primed during inspection. Ensure these are checked daily.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main hand washing station at grill/line area lacked soap and paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): All hand wash stations must be stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at all times. Hand wash station restocked during inspection.

Observation: Build up of dust debris noted under and behind dry storage shelving throughout premise as well as behind the grill area.
Corrective Action(s): Do a deep clean of premise, clearing out all dust, debris and grease build up.

Observation: Back dry storage area very cluttered and disorganized with many items on the floor making it difficult to clean. Equipment no longer in use also stored in this area.
Corrective Action(s): Large amounts of clutter make it difficult to clean and if pests were to get into premise, would make good harborage places for them. Sort through all items in this area and remove all items no longer needed for operation. Due: May 31, 2023
