Menu: wraps, hot beverages, cold beverages. -Foods are dated and from approved source (ingredients information to be available). -Hand sinks have liquid soap and paper towels. -dvats sanitizer used on counters and food contact surfaces. Qvats dispensed at 150-200ppm-ok. -change sanitizing solution for wiping cloths frequently. -commercial dishwasher has a hot water final sanitizing rinse (180F on final rinse gauge and 160F inside machine). Pest monitoring is in place-masks worn. No table service (Covid-19).
